Decent software, slow support

I purchased the Video Master during their Black Friday sale. The discount was good, and the software itself works fine for converting videos. I had a small issue with activation initially and it took support 2 days to reply, which felt a bit long. Overall, it's good value for money, but customer service could be quicker.

Aqua Edit lifetime license - mostly happy

I got the lifetime license for Aqua Edit a couple of months back. Installation was smooth on my Windows laptop. It handles video editing well for my basic needs, especially for trimming and merging clips. The interface is quite intuitive, I didn't struggle much. I did notice that rendering large files can be a bit slow sometimes, especially if I'm doing other tasks on the computer simultaneously. But for the price I paid, it's a solid tool. Updates have been regular too, which is nice to see. I had an issue downloading a specific codec once, but a quick search online helped me fix it myself.
